Refund and Return Policy

If your Audio CD arrives damaged, then for the first 30 days after the purchase date, please Contact Me and the CD will be replaced or can be returned and refunded as appropriate for the circumstances.

If the CD was purchased through a distributor, please contact them first.

If you have initial trouble with a digital download for the first 30 days, please Contact Me and I'll arrange for a re-download or a refund as appropriate for the circumstances.

If I issue a refund, you will receive an e-mail stating when the refund was initiated. From that point, it is up to your bank and credit card issuing company to process the refund in a timely manner. I do not have any control over what they do.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Me again.
