The song excerpts on this website are provided for potential customers to review the songs before making a purchase.

A few of the songs are in the public domain, but most are cover songs for which I do not own the rights.

When a purchase is made, a royalty is paid to the rights owner in which case we both profit from the transaction.

The excerpts are of inferior audio quality and are short, containing only enough of the total song so that potential customers know what they are purchasing.

I do not know of any other way to market something as intangible as music without provided some form of preview for potential customers.

If any of the legal rights owners to a particular song object to the usage of the excerpts for the purpose of marketing both of our "products," I will immediately remove such excerpts from the website.
