Online Store
My website is actually in two parts. The "informational" part is located at https://www.Reeves-Music.com while the "store" is hosted at https://reevesmusic.myshopify.com which provides the store functions and processes credit card payments. In most cases, you will not see the Shopify store part except during checkout.
By separating the functions in this way, I can provide tried and tested store functions that were created by a major e-commerce provider and also separate myself from handling any credit card or other financial information.
Payments for products are through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apply Pay, Goggle Pay, Pay Pal, and Shopify Pay.
When you make a purchase, the only information I receive if what you purchased and where to send it. Everything else is handled through Shopify.
CD albums can be added to your cart on the individual album pages.
Song downloads can be added to your cart on the individual song pages.
If there is something in your shopping cart, a green tab with a cart symbol will appear to the right of your screen indicating the number of items in the cart. When you click the green tab, the shopping cart details will appear on the right showing everything in the cart and the pre-tax totals.
Checkout is located at the bottom of the shopping cart details. To continue shopping, click away from the green shopping cart area, or click the X in the top right corner to retract it out of the way.
When the shopping cart is visible, the quantities for each item are displayed with a Minus sign before and a Plus sign after. To increase the number of items, click the Plus sign. To decrease the quantity, click the Minus sign. If you use the Minus sign to change the quantity to zero, the item will be removed from your shopping cart.
If you remove all items from the shopping cart by setting their quantity to zero, the green tab on the right will disappear.
