Until I was putting this website together and researching the songs, I never knew that the song was "Windy" instead of "Wendy." My original recording was titled Wendy as I assumed that was the girl's name. Wendy was first popularized as a name in Peter Pan. It sounds like it would have been around for a while, but it's pretty recent as far as names go.
