After replacing Elvis with a flute, see If I Can Dream, I threw caution to the wind and scored Carlos' Samba Pa Ti as a piano and string samba. There is no way I could ever duplicate his amazing guitar work - or even start to figure it out - so I did a more laid back, more fundamental samba rendition. The walking bass gave me a good foundation for the piano lead to dance over in the second part.
