I wanted to try something different with a little more edgy resonance and particularly more sustain for Glenn Frey's vocal on Tequila Sunrise. After a lot of experimentation, what you are hearing is Mr. Steinway singing as usual, but with a lot of digital envelope shaping. There's also a little harpsichord and vibraphone buried in the sound, also.
It's maybe a little quirky, but hopefully you'll find it grows on you like it has on me. The "Take another shot of courage" line is one that anyone that's tried to drown a broken heart will well understand.
